lime juice is more acid than apple juice.So neutralisation of NaOH required less valume compared to apple juice. two juice have same concentration.lime juice is strong acidic than apple juice. NaOH is strong base . Neutalisation of strong base strong acid is required. more juices contains acids but in lime juice contain citric acid . it is more soure to test. so it is used to neutralisation of strong base NaOH. Apple juice contains malic acid .It is weak acid.so it is not used to neutralisation of NaOH
