If we see carefully, we can find that, reaction 1 can be writtten as :
- 0.5*reaction 2 -0.5 reaction 3 +0.5 reaction 3-0.5 reaction 4

so, delta H = -0.5*507 - 0.5*(-427) + 0.5*(-43) -0.5 (34)
    = -78.5 KJ

[Ag+] = 0.1mol/0.06 L = 1.67 M

E = Eo - 0.059 * log {[Cu+]/[Ag+]}
