1) The glucose is the main energy supplier of the body. It is taken up by the body and utilized to generate ATP. This is majorily stored in the liver. The major organ systems like stomach and liver, absorb and store this glucose, and supply to other body parts at time of need. for the muscle contraction glucose is very much essential and it is metaboized to produce ATP that is utilized by the muscle cells in contraction and relaxation.
2) People with malnutrition are prone to immune dysfunction. There body encounters many diseases due to decreased resistance. There decreased absorption of foods, leads to more susceptible to cold and other infectious diseases often.
3)Insoluble fiber, plant fiber that the human digestive system cannot process, does not break down as it passes through the digestive tract. Insoluble fiber can be beneficial in many ways.Insoluble fiber tends to bunch up in the digestive tract, and because it is not broken down and stays in solid form. It decreases the risk of heart attack and diabetes.
4) Gluten is a protein composite that appears in foods processed from wheat, barey and rye. It provides elasticity and chewy texture to dough. Gluten free products do not have gluten, but majority foods like ice creams and ketchup constitute it. Gluten free products are mainly meant for the celiac disease people, which is meant a hazard for them.
