Yes, he can consume multivitamin or mineral supplements and are most commonly given as a part of nutritional supplements in most of the countries. And these supplements will have at least 10 minerals or vitamins and help the patient to keep himself in fit conditions. It has been proved that proper supply of multivitamins or minerals may not actually prevent a disease or death, but it will provide protection from a number of problems.

Even though we are taking healthy diet, sometimes our body will be deprived of micro or macro nutrients and this we can fill by taking supplements.

Taking supplements in high amount is toxic to our health.
