Alzhemer's disease: It is a chronic neuro degenerative disease. It is the most common cause of dementia. The symptoms include mood swings, disorientation, loss of memory, behavioral issues and disturbances in language. The patient in question has progressive disorientation and memory loss over 6 months duration. He also have mood and personality changes. All these points to possible Alzheimer's disease pathology.

Dementia: It refers to decline in ability of a person so that he is not able to perform his routine day to day activities. Dementia is a neuro cognitive disorder. here, the patient is not able to perform his normal routine activities and took longer time to complete his daily tasks. His cognitive abilities have also decreased. All these point towards possible presence of dementia in the patient.

Parkinsonism: Parkinson's disease cause neuro psyvhiatric disturbances. This include changes in mood, behavior, memory, thought and disorders of speech. Patient has loss of memory, trouble handling money and bills, poor judgement and personality changes. Thesse symptoms point towards having a possible parkinson's disease in the patient.
