Endometriosis is a problem affecting a woman's uterus—the place where a baby grows when a woman is pregnant. Endometriosis is when the kind of tissue that normally lines the uterus grows somewhere else. It can grow on the ovaries, behind the uterus, on the bowels, or on the bladder. Very less times it happens that it grows in other parts of the body.This "misplaced" tissue can cause pain, infertility, and very heavy periods which are the symptoms of having endometriosis. The pain is usually in the abdomen, lower back, or pelvic areas. Some women have no symptoms at all, and having trouble getting pregnant may be the first sign they have endometriosis.

1. Gender inequality: Women often can’t access reproductive health care because of systemic gender inequality. For example, a woman in desperate need of emergency obstetric care, may have to have her husband’s permission to go to a clinic.

2. Stock outs: There are many reasons for this problem,including supply chain issues, poor planning, or lack of funding, clinics often run out of contraceptives.

3. Lack of skilled service providers: In many areas, the service providers like doctors, nurses, and midwives are limited, and those that exist are more often under-trained.

4. Distance to health service point: In rural areas, health centers, clinics, and hospitals can be far away or too difficult to reach.

5. Misinformation in communities: Whether it’s about side effects of contraceptives (like they accumulate in your stomach) or the transmission of HIV, myths and misinformation about reproductive health can take many forms.

6. Service provider bias: Just because a nurse is trained in providing a service, does not mean he/she provides it without bias. This can take the form of refusing to discuss contraceptive use with adolescents, for example, or turning away a woman who is seeking abortion counseling.

7. Legislative and legal barriers: Restrictive laws and policies can have a real and sometimes devastating - impact on the people . This is particularly challenging in relation to safe abortion services.

8. Cultural norms and traditions: In some cultures women can only seek services from another women; yet, female providers are limited.

9. Lack of funding: Global reproductive health is significantly underfunded. More than 200 million women want, but lack access to contraceptives. As government budgets become tighter, international funding is even more at risk.

If ovulation is the problem, some medical treatment can help induce ovulation. Disorders such as polycystic ovaries, endometriosis and PID can be treated. Damaged fallopian tubes can in some cases be repaired by surgery or vitro fertilization can be used to get rid of them.

Along with that Intrauterine insemination with your partner’s or donor sperm is a treatment option in cases of infertility where sperm are too few or are not sufficiently motile. So these were some solution that may help the women to get rid of infertility. Along with that maintaining hygeinic condition, healthy lifestyle, proper diet, control on weight and knowledge about some contraceptives or sex knowledge can also help as the solution of this problem.
