1. Higher (1064 nm is in Infrared region, which is of lower energy than UV or visible light due to the relation E=hc/(wavelength) ) h= planck's constant , c= speed of light in vacuum

2. the Same Near IR is 800-2500 nm which is in range of 1064 nm

3, Higher (Blue Wavelength @ 400nm , which, according to the relation above, will quote for a higher energy than 1064 nm source )

4. Higher - the relATION can also be written as Energy (E) = h * frequency (v) . Hence Frequency is c/(wavelength) Therefore Blue light, having a shorter wavelength will have a higher frequency and energy.
