HBr is stronger acid than fluorine. Hence, it undergoes dissociation to a greater extetnt than HF.
Hence, the solution of HBr will give bright light buld abd the solution of HF will give dim light bulb.

KOH is solution B as it turns litmus paper blue due to alkaline nature.
