HBr is stronger acid than fluorine. Hence, it undergoes dissociation to a greater extetnt than HF.

Hence, the solution of HBr will give bright light buld abd the solution of HF will give dim light bulb.
Both will give an acidic solution and turn limus paper to red colour.

KOH is solution B as it turns litmus paper blue due to alkaline nature.
