The coronary circulation is the flow of blood in the heart muscles. The coronary arteies are rich in oxygenated blood whereas the coronary veins are rich in deoxygenated blood. The left coronary artery supplies blood to the left side of the heart. The right coronary artery supplies blood to the right side of the blood. The anterolateral papillary muscle more frequently receives two blood supplies: left anterior descending artery and the left circumflex artery. The great cardiac vein returns deoxygenated blood from the anterior surfaces of the left ventricle. The coronary sinus serves as the primary collector of cardiac venous blood. The deoxygenated blood from the ventricular myocardium is transported through coronary sinus to the right atrium then to right ventricle. From right ventricle the blood is send to lungs then the blood is oxygenated and through coronary arteies sent to left atrium . From the left atrium the blood is transferred to the left ventricle. From the left ventricle oxygenated blood is transported to the myocardium through coronary arteies.
