1. Release of normal level of ethylene will cause apple ripening kept in kitchen.

2. Low concentration of auxin hormone will cause bushy plants with lots of lateral branches.

3. Increase ethylene and auxin promotes adventitious root formation in water logged plants.

4. Bolting is induced by Gibberellin.

5. A houseplant that is set in a corner, but grows toward the only window in the room is due to auxin.

6. A bouquet of flowers lasting for weeks on end is due to normal level of cytokinin or decrease level of ethylene.

7. The growth of a 400 lb. pumpkin in your garden is due to gibberellin.
