A) The state at which the concentrations of reactants and products do not change with of a chemical reaction is known as chemical equilibrium. When the reactants are mixed together in a vessel, the whole reactants do not completely converted into products. After some time the rate of formation products from reactants and rate of formation of reactants from products becomes equal and that state is known as chemical equilibrium.
B) since rate of flow water into lake is equal to rate of evaporation of water so level of lake remains the same.
the process can be considered as equilibrium. and the process continues ie rate of forward process ie rate of evaporation is equal to rate of reverse process ie rate of flow water into lake.
C) At dynamic equilibrium, reactants are converted to products and products are converted to reactants at an equal and constant rate.Equilibrium is the state of equal, opposite rates, not equal concentrations.
