Answer 7: Definetly ice is a mineral because it has defined chemical composition with crystal structure. Whereas amber is not because it is just fossil resin of tree, commonly found as inclusions.
Answer 8: The property which is common in all varieties of hematite is streak, it has reddish streak in all the varieties.
Answer 9: Both the feldspar generally consists common properties except striations, Calcium feldspar recognize by the presence of striations where as alkali feldspar shows absence of striations.
Answer 10: The simple test to make the difference between calcite bearing limestone and dolostone are droping of HCL acid on both the samples, calcite bearing limestone will produce fizz whereas dolostone will not.
