After taking data for 3 days, analyze the data:

Do the data suggest any particular circadian pattern?

For example, are you consistently more alert at certain peak times of the day?

How do you feel just before and after a nap or just before and after you go to sleep for the night?

Finally, what is the relationship between meal times and alertness?

Explanation / Answer

Yes the data shows carcadian pattern. At the morning time 4-6 there was much more alertness.

Just before and after the sleep the mind was in subconscious state and a deep analysis was carried out for past events and future plannings. New ideas were created during these periods.

During meal time the biological clock stimulate the hormones responsible for hunger and hence we can say there will be increased alertness for meal during that time
