Mostly about Carbonyl Chemistry, Organometallic Compounds, Oxidation, and Reduction of Organic Substrates, ...and a few reactions from Organic I -and "early Organic II"- here and there! Devise a synthesis of the compounds shown below from the indicated reactants, and any other organic and/or inorganic reagents. If organometallic compounds are to be used, you should also show their synthesis from the indicated reactants, and any element, or metal source. Clearly indicate the starting material of your synthesis, the reagents for each step, and the detailed structure of the product formed after each one of those steps, ...if several steps are required!
