Are you sure the table gives the correct data?? actually the concentrations of the reactants and rate should vary to find the answers to the above questions.But the table seems to have the same values all 5 times. From 1 and 2 find the ratio of [KI] and Ratio of rates in both the cases,if [KI] is doubled and reaction rate is doubled, then order is 1.if the rate changes twice as much as the change in [KI] then order is 2...and so on.
