Explanation / Answer

A broad peak around 3300-3600 cm-1 indicate the presence of OH group over NH2 group which is narrow and sharp.

Further, -COOH group is absent as peak around 1800cm-1 is absent,

A peak around 1700 cm-1 indicates presence of carbonyl group of ketone as aldehydic -CH is absent reflectrd by absence of peak around 2700 nd 2800 cm-1.

Since, there is no peak between 2000 to 2500 cm-1, it rules out presence of any triple bonded system ( alkynes and nitrile functional group).

Besides, peak around 1550 cm-1 is due to C=C bond.

Thus, in our compound, we have -OH group, C=C,C=O,-CH of alphaitic group, so given IR Spectrum is eclusiexclu due to A option
