What was the effect of increasing carbon dioxide concentration in relation to photosynthesis? Include a screen shot of your results. Apply this information and predict what may happen in the future with increased emission of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere?

Well, I'm not an expert, but know that fermenting produces some sort of acid...check out lactic acid fermentation process in animals-its similar. For part 2, about exercise, check out aerobic respiration versus anaerobic respiration. The screen shot in part 1 is up to you. However, increasing carbon dioxide would likely increase the amount of glucose and oxygen output- just as long as there was enough energy and enough water to complete the chemical process.
