Now here the problem has occurred in the level alarm of the batch reactor. Here we can see two important documents
1. Process Data Sheet (PDS) of the reactor to see what is the actual location of level and if there are any comments related to it
2. Refer the hook up diagram ( Its a diagram where in the construction details of the instrument ( in this case level instrument) is shown with that will be attached to tank with all the necessary details.
Answer to question 3
A 3-D model gives you a piratical sense on how the plant and the installed equipments will be placed. Also it gives an opportunity to optimize the whole area so that all area can be optimized. Also if there are any changes that are to be made it will be easy to make the changes at this point rather than at the plant location.
