1. Chest pain , dyspnea and fever are most common symptoms, the diagnostic procedures to be prescribed will be anticoagulation test for pulmonary embolus, Blood culture test, ECG. These test will help to diagnose the actual reason behind the symptoms.

2. The risk factors may be auto immune disease, Infection, surgical procedures and implanted devices.
