The United States did not ratified UNCLOS as they beleived it will hamper their econmic intrestes and compromise on the security intrests of the country.Advantages will be that we would have the rights and established guidelines for businesses, the environment, and the management of marine natural resources.
2)China and Japan. The basics of the proposal are that the population of the speicie has grown with time and it can be moved to the other section so that trade of animals or animal products can easily occur within the countries.
