The relation between quantum numbers: For a given value of ' n ' , l will have n-1 to 0 For each 'l' value ml will have (2l+1) values,i,e from +l to -l ms only have +1/2 or -1/2 For p orbital l value is 1 nadml must be either of +1 , or 0, or -1 So answer is D.
