Explanation / Answer
Not good with chemistry myself, but I can tell you that the info you have should be enough to determine the order of the rxn. It looks like in 1B you doubled the amount of potassium bromate, and it cut the rxn time down by 1/4th or 1/5th. Once you figure out the order of the rxn rate, you can plug in the values into the equation you're given, and it will all fall into place.
