Explore phase in the agile development is for the team development where team is prepared and required coaching/guidance is provided to complete the customer requirements.

The team leader basically provides guidance and training to the team to meet the exact demand of the customers. Once the team is ready team leader start guiding them to their work.He also provides information and coaching to the customers in this phase.

Roll up is used to perform aggregation on a data cube. It is done by either dimension reduction or by climbing up a hierarchy in the dimension.

Drill Down - Drill down is exactly reverse of the roll up technique. It is done by stepping down in the hierarchy or by introducing a new dimension.

Incremental Updating - In this scneario data is incremented in steps and in a certain order.

It is very important to do business requirements analysis and capture for the data. It helps in reducing and correctly implementing the correct data storage and requirement as per customer application. Based on the requirement of the customer and the amount of users it is expected to server various data warehousing techniques and normalization schemes are developed for the customer use.

The various advantages of data warehousing are adhoc networking and end user creation of reports for the customers. Data Mining techniques can be easily applied on the structured data. It also provides additional added security to the data warehouse techniques and it also provides data analytics support to the customer.

c)

There are certain problems with poor requirement gathering. The common problem is with the end user. The data warehouse techniques should be used so that amount of users can be easily handled by the application. Poor requirement gathering also leads to problem with the application and certains features may be wrongly developed or created using the application.
