Question

Understanding user needs and gathering user requirements are an important part of the design process for any application. To many it is also seen as the most critical element. With this in mind, consider what you can do to make this process more accurate and streamlined. Should users be interviewed to determine their needs or is another approach better. What other elements are equally as important to make a system successful? Also, why is it difficult to translate the requirements into a workable model? These are a lot of questions so the discussion can go in many directions. Share with the class your thoughts.

6. Process flow

7. Required set of Use cases

It is difficult to translate requirements in to workable model

1. Varaitions in Understading application.

2. Variations in user expectations.
