At what place you want you can access those files since now cloud computing provides most powerfull security techniques. It synchronizes data when you are connected online and you can access those files when you are offline too.. The thing that you need to do is create account in cloud computing as many providers are available in this present era. But thing you have to do is, never save or share
credentials.
