I made a simple website Just for learning purposes. I hosted it for free for me i update it by just going in codes and change something but want to if my website was to be updated by those who don't have any little knowledge about HTML or Scripting language.

How can i make interface to help them? To be specific my web is for news and i want to update the articles. I heard of something like creating a page (control panel) any one can tell me the concept to be used? If database need or anything and give simple code for reference thanks.

If I understand your problem, to make a web site where the content is easily updated without special talents, then I wouldn't reinvent the wheel. Take a look at Content Management Systems. Joomla is one I've used, but there are others.
