Protein traffiking ; It is the process begins with the targeting of the proteins to their proper destinations ,These are carried out on the cis side of the memberane cytosolic and is co translational or shortly after synthesis of proteins on the ribosome . It is controlled by its signal sequence or lack of signal ; ER signal peptide ,mitochondria signal sequence ,choloroplast ER transit peptide .each signal sequence is different .
