Yes,Lisa should think about the fact how something will be done ,instead of sticking to what will be done.If she want to make any changes in the logical model and want to design new physical model according to the new logical information,then i think she can implement FOUR MODEL Approach which may give her clear picture of the current system functions before she make any modifications or improvements.This is important because mistakes made early in systems development will affect later SDLC phases and can result in unhappy users and additional cost.
