Each runner has a unique ID, name, address, date of birth, and phone number.

Each race has a unique ID, name, city, date, and starting time.

Some races have more than one distance (for example, a runner can choose between a 5K and a 10K race). If a race has more than one distance, each distance of a race has a unique starting time.
