So we did a protein denaturation experiment and below is the data I got. However, my percent recoveries seem off. Especially for my 65% pellet. Considering that my graph for 65% supernantant and pellet curved my teacher told us to only use the straight line data so for change in time and absorbance for the 65% sup I only used the 1st 2 data (time: 0,1) points to get the change and for the 65%pellet I used the first 3 data points (time: 0,1,3). Why is my recovery so high? Please look at my data and see if I did anything wrong. Thank you!!
