The order of the reaction with respect to A has to be determined. This is done by plotting [A] vs t (0 order), ln[A] vs t (1st order), and 1/[A] vs t (2nd order); whichever gives a straight line gives the order. When this is done, [A] vs t gives 93% correlation, ln[A] vs t gives 97% correlation, and 1/[A] vs t gives 99.7% correllation. Therefore the reaction is 2nd order in A, and the equation:
Rate = k[A]
