= 2.61 + 6 = 8.61 uF
the previous and 20 uF in series:
= 8.61*20/(8.61 + 20) = 6.02 uF, equivalent capacitance between points a and b

b) the charge between points a and b = 6.02*20 = 120.4 uC
the charge on 20 uF = 120.4 uC

the charge on parallel capacitors = 120.4 uC
the voltage across parallel capacitors = 120.4/8.61 =13.98 V
the charge on 6 uF = 6*13.98 = 83.88 uC
