From the spectra, there is no Cyclopentane. Only alkenes are present.

1. Spectrum 1 is for first alkene (2-methylbutene) since it is disubstituted alkene it has too weak peak for C=C and a peak at 911 is for CH bend for terminal alkene and 3068 for =CH stretch.

2. It is monosubstituted terminal alkene and has moderate peak for C=C at 1651 & 885 for CH bend and 3075 for =CH stretch

Spectrum 2 is for third alkene(3-methyl-1-butene)  

3. It is Z-alkene(trisubstituted) has weak peak for=CH at 3027 & C=C at 1676 and CH bend at 900.

Spectrum 3 "is for second alkene (Z-2-methylbutene)
