In an acid/base reaction , the acid molecule loses its proton ,and the base molecule accepts a proton.
Since here the acid H2SO4 has readily dissociated itself into H+ and HSO4- ions , it can be considered as dissociation reaction and not acid/base reaction.
The H2SO4 acid has a very low pka value , which means it is a strong acid.
