a.) molarity of acetone = 15 x 4 = M x 65

M = 0.923 M

molarity of HCL = 15 x 1 = M x 65

M = 0.231 M

molarity of I2 = 15 x 0.0050 = M x 65

M = 0.0012 M

b.) Moles of I2 = concentration x volume

= 0.0050 x 0.015 = 7.5 x 10-5 mol

Total volume of solution = 15 + 15 + 15 + 20 = 65 mL = 0.065 L

[I2]0 = moles/volume = 7.5 x 10-5/0.065 = 0.00115 M

Rate = [I2]0 /t = 0.00115/450 = 2.56 x 10-6 M/s
