when I maDe the CsPbBr3 with different temperatures at 130oC, 150oC, 170oC and 190oC with oleic acid, Oleylamine, octadecene, Cs-oleate and PbBr2 . We supposed to have different size of quantum dots.But after I done with the PL spectroscopy, I found the graph for 170 and 190 then almost the same at the peak's wavelength. So I tried to understand why was this happened. Is there any limit for this crystal to grow or something else.

Well your question is related to research based synthesis of nanocrystals. The synthesis of CsPbBr3 can be carried out as you have already mentioned in thw question. Though you have recorded IR spectrum at different temperature and it seems that IR signal at 170oC and 190oC overlap. This observation has no relation with the formation of crystals of CsPbBr3. PL studies are only linked to know the behaviour of synthesis quantum dots and not the crystallization processs. You can prepare nano crytsals of CsPbBr3 using LARP methodology i.e ligand assisted
reprecipitation where you can use solvents, like oleic acid and 1-octadecene to precipitation. Dissolve the quatum dots in the above said solvents and then carefully reprecipitate it.
