The calorimeter constant is delta H / delta T. Change in enthalpy over change in temperature. So the glass beake,r calorimeter constant would be larger than that of the styrofoam cups because the cup is is more efficient. The same amount of energy will result in a larger temperature change in the styrofoam cup than the glass beaker.
The delta H for the beaker will smaller for the beaker because more energy will escape the "system" since the glass beaker doesn't insulate as well as the styrofoam cup.
