Sum of the forces at A, where counterclockwise rotation is positive:

0 = Fb*20 m - (1200 kg * 9.81 m/s^2) * 25 m

Fb = 14715 N

Now, sum up the forces in the y direction:

0 = Fa + 14715 N + Fb - (1200 kg * 9.81 m/s^2)
