Materials: Test tube, test tube rack, muddy water, 1% AL2(SO4)3, 1% Na2SO4, 1%NaCl
Set up four tubess in the rack. To each, add 10 ml of muddy water. If the hud has settled, shake or stir the test tube.
Add 5ml water to the first test tube
Add 5ml 1% NaCl to the second test tube
Add 5mL 1% Al2(SO4)3 the third test tube
Add 5mL 1% Na2SO4 to the fourth test tube
Mix each test tube throughly by shaking and allow the test tube to stand for 10 minutes then observed, then again in 20 and 30 minutes. Write all your observations.
