Lets use oxidation number method to balance this reaction

BrO3- ---> Br-

Br has changed from +5 oxidation state to -1

This will require addition of 6 e- in left side . Reactant side has 3 oxygen atoms so add 3H2O in right side

BrO3- + 6e- ---> Br- + 3H2O

Add 6H+ in left side to balance the hydrogen

BrO3- + 6e- +6H+ ---> Br- + 3H2O

This is our first half reaction .

Now lets see antimony.

Sb+3 ---> Sb+5

It has changed from +3 to +5.

Add 2 electrons in right side and multiply the whole reaction by 3 so that the electrons become 6 and can be cancelled out with our first half reaction.

3Sb+3---> 3Sb5+ + 6e-

This is our second half reaction.

Now add both the half reactions, and cancel out electrons from left and right side

BrO3- + 3Sb+3 + 6H+ ---> Br- + 3Sb+5 + 3H2O

So this is our balanced redox reaction in acidic medium
