where Bi = Biot number

Lc = characteristic length

k = average thermal conductivity

v = air velocity in m/s

Lc can also be written as   Lc = r0 / 2

Bicylinder = (4.088 + 6.92 (0.1 m/s)1/2 W/m2.K) X (r0 / 2 m) / 1 W/m.K

Bicylinder = (4.088 + 2.188 W/m2.K) X (0.25 / 2 m) / 1 W/m.K
