If my product is Gum ( it is aromatic amine ) so how can I purfiy it ? Recystalization did not work!!( I lost NH2 proton!!) However,I tried column chromatography but unfortunately product stocked there !! Any purification suggestion ??

Make your aromtaic compound into salt using HCl. If you get solid wash the solid with EtOAc to remove any organic impurities. If you not get the solid. Wash the aqueous layer with EtOAc to remove organic impurites. Then aqueous layer is basified using NaOH. Your compound is solid filter it. Your compound is not a solide extract the compound with EtOAc and evaporate it. You will get pure compound.
