In order to know which isotherm does the data set follows one has to plot the values of adsorbed quantities with respect to the dissolved volume. Then, one has to obtain the trendline which it follows that gives us the idea about the isotherm it follows. When you plot the dataset provided in this question, for example, you would obtain the following graph
I have also fitted a trendline to the above dataset which follows a linear pattern, hence the adsorption isotherm follows a partitioning isotherm model. which is represented by nA= Ks/w*cA + const.
Hence, the slope of the straight would represent the adsoption coefficient Ks/w =1.754 dm3kg-1
