1. As the graph for Group C fits nicely for dilute samples, ( less deviation for dilute samples from trendline), the equation for line used for dilute samples will be y = 0.9952x -0.0547

Similarly, Group D fits nicely for higher concentrated samples, as less deviation from trendline at higher mg/mL, so equation of trendline to be used at higher concentration is y = 1.0254x + 0.1048
