Lets assume that water = x g at 75 0C

Then quantity of KNO3 =155g/100g x = 1.55x g

And total mass = 175 g

So

x + 1.55x = 175

So

x = 68.6274

so 1.55x = 106.37

Hence 175 g saturated solution means that 106.37 g of KNO3 is dissolved in 68.627 g of water

When it will cooled to 25 0C.
Mass of KNO3 dissolved = 68.627 x 0.38 = 26.07 g

So

Mass of KNO3 crystallize out = 106.37 - 26.07 = 80.29 g
