1) First & prime most is to make available medical treatment immediately

2)To find out the root cause

3)If thats the company is fault then make available the money for his treatment

4)The various facility like insurance , mediclame has to be available on time which is taken care by company

5)To take care of the workers family in his absent.

6)To allow him on medical leaves if he has that facility

7)If permanent injury is there then settlement from organization with him /her.

Yes penalties are insufficient from employer side.In most of the cases companies try to manage their fault & they pass that fault to employee.For his / her none of mistake he / she may face a problem.

In most of the cases companies pay very less amount to worker which is not possible for that worker to manage his / her family expenses in that amount.

At the last he /she got injury , he can not work anywhere .So then how to manage in the particular penalty amount.Very difficult.

So there should be strong regulations about penalties.
