Explanation / Answer

Strict adherence is somewhat necessary in the business world. In a employer-employee relationship, this approach must be taken with caution because of the orgizational block it can create, more specifically the organizational block of "Strict line of command", where it is an unintended consequence. For independent contractors, strict adherence is more necessary since contracts require more legal aspects. For temporary employees, strict adherence is not required at all since there is no need to commit on these employees.
