Work "down" the DFDs, decomposing each, to find the errors on the next DFD. Consider that the Context DFD is correct. There are 5 confirmed errors in these DFDs. HOWEVER, The following are not considered errors, and if you consider them an error, they will not be counted. None of the data flows are numbered. This is NOT an error. None of the entities (sources and sinks) are numbered. This is NOT an error. There is no "line" separating the process number in each process symbol from its description. This is NOT an error. As you should know by now, since Level-1 is a decomposition of a process which is in the "middle" of the Level-0 DFD, and that process has only one source/sink related to it, then that is the only source/sink that should be in the Level-1 DFD. That no other sources/sinks are present in the Level-1 DFD is NOT an error.

Level 0

1. the doctor will will give the prescription to the station. Not the other way around. Wrong arrow.

2. Un filled order info and response should go to 'Station 3.0' Fill order

3. Paitent info should also go to Fill order and not to 'review prescription'

Level 1 :

1. Patient info should flow towards 2.2

2. after send order info it wil go to Generate label and then Billing dept.
