I need help conducting a fake interview with an organizational stakeholder using a research tool on the topic Human trafficking . Include "interview notes", identify any gaps that you still need to research, and provide an overall assessment of the interview.

Here is a list of interview question that can be used in the fake interview just need them answered with some added notes on the side coming from first person point of view.

1) Purpose of Human trafficking? Activities involved in the human trafficking? who are the people that are trapped into human trafficking? From where are these people trafficked? Where do they come from and where are they taken?

2) What is the process of trafficking? How are they trafficked? Are they kidnapped? or are they lured with false promises?

3) What is the outcome of trafficking? How are their lives affected? What would be their future like? How could we prevent them? The ways of prevention?

4) What are the target countries? target cities? Statistics of the human trafficking in various countries and cities?

5) How could we reduce human trafficking? Government rules, policies and norms, and other non-profit organizations who are actively involved in curbing human trafficking?

Trafficking is voilation of human rights.

1.the main objective of it is smuggling , sexual exploitation, forcec labour , slavery, kidnapping and removal of organs.

Activities in trafficking;

Trafficking in women for sexual exploitation

Trafficking for forced labour

People smuggling

Trafficking for tissue, cells and organs

mostly mens are trafficked for labor,childrens for labor in different fields, woman and girls for sex exploitation.

most of the time these are our neighbours, friends, relatives, some times unseen strangers located in special place like sex traffickers locate in publi or private parlor or massage centers.

Trafficking victims are exist everywhere. most of them are from poor background, economically not exist, girls are tricked, unemployment problemM.

2.Generally the process of trafficking done through false job offers, selling victims by their parents/guardian/husbands, contracting phony marraiages, friends, acquaintance or unknown individual.

they are trafficked by victims by false job recruitment and send to unknown places, sometimes broker wil exist to transport the ladies, Harbouring,starvation, imprisonment, physical abuse (beatings and rape), verbal abuse, removal of victims.

yes most of the times childrens and womens are kidnapped for child labour and sex exploitation

Yes most of times they will do the false promises like parents get promised that their children will get good education, food and job,so parents trust them and woman fraud by foriegn agency that they offer good job &salary in abroad later they send to prostitution industry.

3. the outcome is childrens are loss their future by spending their time as chillabour later they turned as a victims, kidnappers and adicted by the drugs and also some times they hate the society by all his circumstances decide to destroy the society. ladies get physical and mental health problems due to sex exploitation such as unwanted or forced pregnancy,forced abortions,HIV/STI exposure, psychological abuse and trauma, physical abuse, depression, post-traumatic stress reactions, rape and sexual assault, substance use and abuse, malnutrition at last they will sucide themself.

they need support from the society in the sense provide basic requirements like food, shelter, clothing , medicine and education,. avoid showing disparities in the society and motivate them by teaching stories, train them based on their interest later that will help them to earn money and can change their mindset that will imrove their respect in the society.

Almost all countries are involved in this.specifically Africa, Asia, Central and Eastern European countries, former Eastern bloc and Soviet Union countries, Latin America and the Caribbean. highly treafficked countries are Albania, Belarus, Bulgaria, China, Lithuania, Nigeria, Republic of Moldovia, Romania, Russian Federation, Thailand and Ukraine
Main Destination areas are Western Europe, Western Africa, Asia, Arab Nations and North America. highly destination countries are Belgium, Germany, Greece, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Thailand, Turkey, USA.
