6) Fourth Amendment - How does this uniquely relate to business

Imagine, you have come back home from your office. Few minutes after, you get a door knock and door bell rings. Once you open the door, you find cops standing at your door step, wanting to confiscate your home, since they get a complaint that a valuable thing is missing from the office. So, he wants to search your home for the evidence of the crime. Can he do that?

No. Because, fourth amendment takes care of it. According to fourth amendment, people have the right to be secure in their persons, houses, papers and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue,

In this case, company has complained of a valuable thing missing, which they felt could be with you. Hence the cops have arrived ar your door.

8) Sixth amendment -

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to speedy and public trail by an impartial jury of the state and the district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witness against him; and to have an assistance of counsel for his defense.

9) White collar crime - This is a crime where there is no violence. This crime is committed in the business by the professionals and government executives. The examples of the white collar crime are - Bribery, frauds, forgery, copyrights infringement etc.

Crime is in the form of a violence or non-violence for the normal crime. Where as for the white collar crimes, these crimes are exclusively done by the employees of the organization.
